In this process, information regarding the import or export is declared to the customs authority (fiscal data of the exporter or importer, origin and destination of the goods, number of packages, gross weight, net weight, taxes to pay in the case of Import, &#8230;), being the Customs Agent the representative of the importer or exporter in front of the customs.<\/p>\n<p>Documentation to be presented to the customs authorities to proceed correctly with customs clearance is the commercial invoice, the packing list and bill of lading.
